Deleting it from your account permanently deletes the file from our servers. All your recordings created by you within your account are visible only to you and not the other members, unless you check the "Make Recording Public" checkbox while creating the recording.

If you wish to close your account, you can send mail to support@readthewords.com or use the Contact form on our website to let us know . Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for us to close your account. Closing your account means that we delete all your recordings from our server and also delete your account from our database.

In case you have availed a paid subscription, then your financial transaction details are not stored by us. They are stored by our payment gateway provider - Paddle, in their secure data centers. For legal and business purposes, your financial transactions with ReadTheWords.com will be retained by Paddle, even if you close your account.

All the data that you put in ReadTheWords.com is preserved till you decide to delete or remove the data.
